Here are a few of Dacaharma's recipes to try.

.- Muffins - healthy and mouth-watering!
- Pre-heat oven to 350° F (175° C).
- Ingredients (mix together):
.
1 cup of whole wheat flour 400 calories 1 cup rolled oats 177 1/4 cup of honey 256 1 egg 79 1/4 cup of olive oil 360 1 cup of orange juice 111 1 cup of walnuts 651 TOTAL calories 2,034 .
.- Makes 18 muffins (113 calories apiece).
. - Spoon into muffin pan (paper linings will save you lots of clean-up later), and bake at 350° F (175° C) for 25 minutes.
- Butter to taste [or leave it off -- it has too many calories anyhow :)], and eat.
