1) The purpose of this application is to easily and quickly
convert liters per 100 kilometers to both U.S. and Imperial
miles per gallon (and vice versa), to do other related 
conversions, and to provide reference information concerning 
most measures that relate to distance and fluid.

2) With MIPGCon2, it is now possible to enter raw data (liters,
gallons, miles, etc.), and immediately get 6 different useful 
derived numbers, including miles per gallon and cost per 
kilometer. A simple calculator has also been included, and 
the colors may be changed to suit the demands of various
eyeballs.

2) MIPGCon2 comes as a single executable file, and runs well in 
DOS or Windows. It even works in Linux DOS emulators. Just put it 
anywhere and fire it up. If you want to be able to access it 
quickly from a command prompt, make sure that the directory that 
it is in is in the PATH statement of your autoexec.bat file.

3) This application is freeware, and may be distributed to all 
and sundry without shame or guilt. If it fries your computer
or delivers absurd output, consider what you paid for it. (But 
the author has faith in his creation nonetheless! There really 
isn't much that something this basic can do to any system.)

4) The file mipgcon2.bas is qbasic source code. The format would 
make a good template for all sorts of simple, specialized converters.
